I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfy and had wonderful views, plus the jacuzzi bath was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The location near Rudyard lake was simply beautiful. The dining experience with the option for free Lavazza coffees was a nice treat. However, the lack of butter or jam was a small downside. Overall, great value for money!

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and had a nice view, but the bunk beds for the kids were a bit too soft, affecting the quality of sleep. The service was outstanding with staff going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by beautiful views and close to enjoyable walks around Rudyard lake. The dining experience offered stunning views, but some items were served without butter or jam. The facilities were impressive overall, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
